Offering seamless, high-quality video solutions for OEMs and system integrators across all of the main video transport standards.
dPict Imaging designs high-performance video acquisition solutions for OEM applications, supporting everything from legacy analogue to high-speed digital video interfaces. Built on proven Texas Instruments DSP technology, dPict’s intelligent capture platforms are trusted across machine vision, medical imaging, bioscience, and security markets, helping customers bring reliable imaging systems to market faster.
DP-810: Network-Based IP Video Distribution and Surveillance Integration Solution
The DP-810 is designed for the transport of compressed (H.264) IP video over a network, enabling the same video stream to be viewed simultaneously at multiple locations.
This capability is commonly used in security and surveillance applications where reliable, real-time video distribution is required. The DP-810 is also ONVIF Profile S and T compliant, allowing for straightforward integration with standard security and surveillance video management systems (VMS).
In addition to traditional surveillance uses, a hospital system is now utilizing the DP-810 to distribute ultrasound imaging across its internal network for clinical viewing and collaboration.
DP-801S: Long-Distance Uncompressed Video Transport for Industrial and Broadcast Applications
The DP-801S is designed for the transport of high-quality, uncompressed video over extended distances, supporting up to 100 meters for 3G-SDI signals and approximately 70 meters for 12G-SDI.
This makes it well-suited for applications where low latency and full video fidelity are critical. Several underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) manufacturers use the DP-801S for real-time underwater viewing and inspection, where reliable video transmission is essential. Additional applications include pipeline inspection and other industrial monitoring tasks.
Beyond industrial use, 12G-SDI is widely adopted in professional and live broadcast environments, enabling the distribution of high-resolution video to remote locations for monitoring, editing, and production workflows.
DP-800H: Local HDMI Monitoring for Immediate Camera Viewing with a compact, integration-ready board.
The DP-800H is intended for quick, convenient, and real-time viewing of a camera’s output on a monitor located close to the camera, supporting distances of up to approximately 15 meters for 1080p video and around 10 meters for 4K video.
Displays with HDMI inputs are widely available and easy to integrate, making this a practical and cost-effective solution. It is particularly well-suited for environments such as laboratories, garages, and industrial facilities, where immediate visual feedback is required.
Direct HDMI monitoring allows operators, technicians, or researchers to instantly view an ongoing operation or procedure without the need for additional network infrastructure or complex setup.
We offer many more dPict Imaging products ranging from Frame Grabbers to Industrial Cameras.
