Sundance’s Latest Solutions and OpenVPX Products at DSEI 2023
Sundance is a technology company that provides high-performance embedded computing solutions, specialising in DSP boards, FPGA modules, and embedded systems. Sundance’s designed and manufactured products are optimized for applications in robotics, vision, and motion control. We also provide a range of specially selected third-party products that complement our products. At this year’s DSEI, Sundance will turn heads with its signature orange stand (H1-411) — the least camouflaged booth at the show!
Sundance is a long-term believer in the OpenVPX standard, so if you’re attending DSEI and share an interest in OpenVPX, Sundance’s booth is a must-visit destination. OpenVPX, a widely recognised standard in the embedded computing industry, enables high-speed, modular system designs tailored for tomorrow’s mission-critical applications. Whether you’re a potential customer, supplier, or just curious about the technology, our booth offers an opportunity to discuss how OpenVPX solutions could fit your needs.
On display at the booth, attendees will also find offerings from Sundance’s esteemed partnerss, such as Etion Create, 7Starlake, Advanced Micro Peripherals, Ainstein, Archangel Imaging, AutoDiscovery, DotNetix, DreamVu, Hybrid DSP, Logic-X, PanaTeQ, and Trenz Electronic GmBH. Etion Create will share the booth with Sundance and showcase its latest innovations in the form of CheetahNAV and VF365.
AMP will be showcasing two solutions:
- AVC-VPX — a 3U VPX module for 8-channel, full D1 video capture, ideal for SWaP-optimized tasks
- VStream-VPX — a 3U VPX ultra-low-latgency H.264/H.265 streaming solution that accepts dual HD-SDI input and records and streams them over Ethernet
Ainstein’s US-D1 radar altimeter provides high-precision, real-time altitude readouts to industrial and tactical UAVs. The LR-D1 is ideal for larger UAVs (85 kg +), helicopters, and for tactical missions that require enhanced capabilities, especially in rugged conditions.
AutoDiscovery will be at the Sundance stand, showcasing their HEAD360, Bunker Micro, and LIMO.
DotNetix is bringing a brand-new range of products providing situational awareness around military vehicles. We will have a live demo of their SafEye system on the stand.
DreamVu will have samples of PAL mini and PAL USB 360 cameras on display at the booth. Hybrid DSP are bringing their V6UFMC01P Xilinx UltraScale FMC+ Carrier and some of their other VPX FPGA systems.
PanaTeQ will be showing off their VPX2-ZU1 and FMC-ZU1RF systems at the booth.
A visit to Sundance’s booth, H1-411, is a must for anyopne interested in the future of embedded computing solutions.
